As relations improve, two Saudi delegations will visit the United States.
Two Saudi government delegations plan to visit the United States this month, officials said on Saturday, as Riyadh and Washington stepped up efforts to mend strained relations and laid the groundwork for a final visit by US President Joe Biden.
The first delegation is expected to visit Washington on June 15 and will be led by Saudi Commerce Minister Majid bin Abdullah al-Qassabi. The second, led by Investment Minister Khalid al-Faleh, is scheduled for later this month, two officials said.
Officials declined to be named because the plans were not made public.
